Replacing a paper / Excel process with a module integrated into the ERP: recording checks (safety, hygiene, documents), automatically computed scores, threshold alerts and a compliance dashboard.

The need
Spot checks on the vehicle fleet (safety, hygiene, documents) were done on paper then re-typed into Excel: input errors, statistics computed by hand and little visibility on the state of the fleet.
What I built
- Integration of the inspection module into the company's Laravel intranet / ERP
- Automatic score computation and alerts when thresholds are exceeded
- Statistics dashboard (Livewire / Vue.js): compliance rates and defect trends
What I learned
- Rigour in defining an inspection protocol
- Designing an interface usable on small screens, in the field
- Using data to support decisions about the fleet
